About This Ministry
The Christian life is a life of spiritual formation. We are called as followers of Jesus Christ to grow in our relationship with God and to allow God to transform us from the inside out. The courses offered at Coquitlam Alliance are intended to engage the heart and mind and move us towards becoming mature followers of Christ who fulfill our ministry in the church and in the world. Revive Us Again! April 23 - May 21 on Tuesday's from 7:30-9:00pm
Facilitated by: David Wood
Throughout history, God has used revival to build and renew His church. This class will analyze what revivals actually look like, how they occurred in the past, where they are occurring throughout the world today, and what we can do to prepare for revival in our own culture today.

April 30 - "Surprising" Work of God - First Awakening, 1730-1760
May 7 - Prayer and Revival - Second Great Awakening, 1857-1858
May 14 - Revival at the dawn of the century - Wales, India, Korea, North America revivals
May 21 - Global Awakenings - A God-Sized Vision

​Discipleship EssentialsWe grow in Christ as we seek him together. Jesus' own pattern of disciple-making was to be intimately involved with others and allow life to rub against life. Discipleship Essentials is designed for groups of 3 or 4 to meet together regularly and intentionally take steps to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Each week contains the following elements:
- a core truth presented in a question-answer format
- a memory verse and accompanying study
- a field-tested inductive Bible study
- a reading on the theme for the week
- questions to draw out key principles in the reading
